All design prices include (unless otherwise specified) one design, one redesign if necessary and one round of authors corrections. Any additional changes/corrections may incur costs of $180 + GST per hour. Any additional authors corrections required outside of business hours (8.30am-5.00pm) may incur costs of $245 + GST per hour.

Any additional design pieces required outside the scope of the initial quote will be charged separately. Any changes in the print specifications or quantities will incur extra charges.

No responsibility will be taken by Vanilla Spin for incorrect artwork supplied if Vanilla Spin do not complete the artwork themselves.

No responsibility will be taken by Vanilla Spin for any artwork sent to print after final approval of artwork if Vanilla Spin do not print the artwork themselves.

No responsibility will be taken by Vanilla Spin for images purchased on behalf of the client. All image related agreements and licensing will fall directly to the client themselves.

All additional conditions will be upheld as described in the 'Comments' section of each individual quote.

All design prices are based on a 7-10 working day turnaround and all print prices are based on a 7-15 working day turnaround.

Couriers will be charged as extra unless stated.

Online Services

Vanilla Spin purchase domain and web hosting facilities on behalf of our clients only. We do not update, maintain or administer these facilities in any way and therefore Vanilla Spin accepts no responsibility for any downtime, loss of information or additional issues arising from the use of these services. All liability remains with the client and the service provider at all times.

No responsibility will be taken for Vanilla Spin in the event of significant downtime or loss of information in relation to domain services or website hosting.

Vanilla Spin do not provide IT support in any way for any online services. All enquiries must be directed to the supplier in all cases.
